Computer Call provides customers with a proactive Preventative Maintenance program through a monthly and quarterly checklist of critical performance items. For peace of mind that your IT system is being monitored and maintained at its optimal level, Computer Call’s Preventative Maintenance Program is essential.
Our program consists of eight remote monthly sessions and four quarterly onsite sessions per annum, based on two checklists designed around your IT system. Each monthly session typically runs for 1 to 2 hours and each quarterly session for 2 to 3 hours. Such sessions, significantly reduce the downtime experienced with non maintained servers, as well as helping to plan for future IT requirements. Preventative maintenance also allows customers to include non critical tasks outside of the checklist. The result is a reduction in a need for ‘break fix’ IT support and therefore a lower incidence of outages and downtime.
Computer Call’s preventative maintenance program can be activated at any time and whilst a very few choose not to continue with the program once started, there are no lock in contracts.
